Things have taken an ugly turn in the divorce proceedings between Zac Brown and his wife of four months, Kelly Yadzi

According to TMZ, Zac filed a lawsuit requesting that an Instagram post made by Kelly be removed as he believes it violates a confidentiality agreement between the couple. Apparently, he wants the judge to stop her from making “false, defamatory or otherwise harmful statements.”

After perusing Kelly’s Instagram, it’s difficult to isolate which post Zac is referring to as much of her content is written in poetry.

Zac and Kelly tied the knot in August and split in December, but TMZ goes on to say that there is no public record of a divorce case yet.
