Just when you thought that fans had learned to not throw things at performers on stage, an overzealous concert goer at Morgan Wallen‘s recent show in Denver decided to chuck a phone at him.

Another fan caught the incident for TikTok and you can see the moment the device hits Morgan in the shoulder. It doesn’t appear to have hurt him, but he definitely seemed annoyed because, without missing a note, he picked up the phone and hurled it in the opposite direction from which it came.

As easy as it would be to make a joke about throwing chairs versus throwing phones, we can’t help but admire his low-key approach to curbing this behavior.
