Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd are apparently heading to divorce court after five years of marriage.
According to People, Maren filed for a dissolution of marriage on October 2nd citing irreconcilable differences. The couple, who are parents to three-year-old Hayes Andrew, have allegedly been living apart since then. Court documents state that Maren and Ryan were ordered to take a parenting seminar, which has also been completed.
In September, Maren walked away from her country music due to the format’s alleged history of racism and misogyny. Ryan voiced his staunch support of his wife on Instagram, saying “she should be celebrated, not tolerated.”
