In person Christmas Sign-up’s will be held October 3 through 5 at The Salvation Army located at 614 E. Market St., Lima, Ohio.

• Tuesday, Oct. 3 from 9 -12 & 1 – 3:00 pm
• Wednesday, Oct. 4 from 9 -12 & 1 – 5:00 pm
• Thursday, Oct. 5 from 9 – 12 & 1 – 3:00 pm

You must live in Lima/Allen County to apply and bring the following items to complete your application:

Photo ID for adults
Birth certificate for youth
Social Security Card for everyone in the household
Proof of address (piece of mail with current address)
Proof of income for last 30 days
List of bill/expenses for the month
