FIDO FRIDAY: PUPPIES!

Meet 8 adorable puppies! Deb isn’t sure of the mix, but they might be a lab or shepherd mix.. They aren’t ready for adoption yet, but they will be in the next month or so. They were found abandoned in the cold in a tote. They were so skinny and weighed about 3 pounds each when found. Now they are up to 7 to 8 pounds and are doing great!

Deb’s Dogs is a non profit 501-c-3 organization. They depend on donations and adoption fees to fund their animals’ vet care. Most of the dogs that come into their care from The Allen County Dog Warden Facility. Usually the dogs they take in from the shelter are the ones that need extra attention. The animals may have been neglected, abused or injured. Once Deb’s Dogs takes the dogs they go to the vet for a complete checkup. If they are healthy enough at this time they are vaccinated and spayed or neutered. Sometimes they have to wait awhile for this due to the condition of the animal. To contact Deb’s Dogs call 419-204-6157.
