Meet Harley and Penelope! These two pups are about 4-months-old now. Someone abandoned their mother along the side of the road, and these two puppies were with her. They were so young, their eyes were still closed. Today the mom has found a home and these guys are looking for one. They can go together or separately. Both are super sweet dogs!
Deb’s Dogs is a non profit 501-c-3 organization. They depend on donations and adoption fees to fund their animals’ vet care. Most of the dogs that come into their care from The Allen County Dog Warden Facility. Usually the dogs they take in from the shelter are the ones that need extra attention. The animals may have been neglected, abused or injured. Once Deb’s Dogs takes the dogs they go to the vet for a complete checkup. If they are healthy enough at this time they are vaccinated and spayed or neutered. Sometimes they have to wait awhile for this due to the condition of the animal.
