Meet Stormy! Stormy is a 14-week-old female Pitt-mix. Poor Stormy was sitting outside when she was attacked by another dog. She had some head trauma, a fractured jaw, and injuries around her eye. Deb’s Dogs brought her back to health and she’s all better now. Because Stormy is so young, Deb is looking for a foster family to take care of Stormy until she is old enough to be adopted.

Deb’s Dogs is a non profit 501-c-3 organization. They depend on donations and adoption fees to fund their animals’ vet care. Most of the dogs that come into their care from The Allen County Dog Warden Facility. Usually the dogs they take in from the shelter are the ones that need extra attention. The animals may have been neglected, abused or injured. Once Deb’s Dogs takes the dogs they go to the vet for a complete checkup. If they are healthy enough at this time they are vaccinated and spayed or neutered. Sometimes they have to wait awhile for this due to the condition of the animal.
