Lon Helton hosts the only countdown show with a weekly in-studio co-host. A country star joins Lon for the entire show, sharing funny and topical stories about artists and songs in the Top 30. The show is friendly, fast-paced and funny, with personal insight into the stars. Occasionally, the co-host will perform live in the studio. Lon has won National Personality of the Year six times from the Country Music Association and three times from the Academy of Country Music, and is a member of the Country DJ Hall of Fame.
