It’s been three years since David Nail released his last collection, the EP Bootheel 2021. Thanks to the urging of his wife Catherine, we’re getting his first holiday album — A Campfire Christmas .

David says, “This Campfire Christmas EP and tour is the brainchild of my wife, Catherine, who has begged me to do a Christmas project for several years. After sitting in at a party she threw, and singing a couple of these songs broken down acoustic like you’ll hear on the EP, I suddenly felt that fate had lined up for us to finally give her wish.”

The first song from the project, “I’ll Be Home for Christmas,” is available now and the tour kicks off November 30th in Knoxville, Tennessee. A complete lineup of the Campfire Christmas tour and his remaining standard shows are on his website.
