TIM MCGRAW: Old-Fashioned Grits
It isn’t uncommon for Tim McGraw to be asked about his impressive physique and how he got it, but it takes more than a couple of minutes to explain — and that’s why he wrote his book Grit and Grace.
“Motivation for writing this book is you know I get asked a lot about my fitness journey over the years and what I do and how to stay consistent and all those things. And, it’s really hard to do that in a 5 or 10 minute interview, which is usually most the time I get to talk to someone. So, to have the opportunity to sit down and write Grit and Grace in long form, with a lot of help I might add, is something that was a great experience for me.”
Tim also says the book isn’t just a fitness plan, it’s also about allowing yourself grace.
