Written by LBT’s Karen Fairchild, along with Jesse Frasure, Cary Barlowe and Sam Romans, “Summer Fever” was inspired by summertime nostalgia, drawing musical cues from ’70s and ’80s hits. Though LBT have yet to reveal any details on their upcoming album, they knew this summer anthem needed to be released now.
On Tuesday, the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville opened The Power of Four, a new exhibit that focuses on Little Big Town’s artistic achievements and musical chemistry. They continue to work on their upcoming album and hope to have it ready this year.
They hit the road with Miranda Lambert on July 12th to co-headline The Breaker tour through the summer.
