Country rapper Jelly Roll and his friend Robert Sherrill, who is the founder of Impact Youth Outreach, are offering college or post-secondary scholarships to students in financial need.

Jelly Roll and Robert met when the two of them were incarcerated as juveniles. 

Jelly’s commitment to youth in need goes deeper. He is opening a recording studio at a juvenile detention center in Nashville to help detainees develop skills they can use when they are released.
