The May/June cover of Women’s Health features Hilary Duff in the buff. The How I Met Your Father star posed nude for the magazine and opened up about embracing her body. The mother of three says inside the issue “I’m proud of my body. I’ve gotten to a place of being peaceful with the changes my body has gone through.” She says she spent years as a young actress being consumed by the “horrifying” pressure to be a certain size. She says she’s trying to stay consistent with going to therapy, saying, “I want to work on the inside. That’s the most important part of the system.”
