FRIDAY FAIL: Nugg Hunt
A quest for free chicken nuggets led an Oregon man on a 17-mile, interstate journey to score as many nuggets he could get his quarantined hands on.
The man, who goes by the name “Skweezy Jibbs” on Twitter, left his Portland home last Thursday and drove to as many Wendy’s locations to take advantage of their free four-piece chicken nuggets deal. He visited 11 Wendy’s locations in a 17-mile area, which took him over the border into Vancouver, Washington. And when he was done, he did it all again, grabbing a total of 88 chicken nuggets.
Afterwards he tweeted a picture of himself with a carload of Wendy’s nuggets and wrote, “Times is tough so when I heard @wendys was givin out free 4 piece nuggs today I knew I had 2 HUSTLE.” He added, “It took 5 hours but now we eatin free 4 a weeek.” (Fox News)
