Imagine how terrified you’d be if you were driving and suddenly noticed a bee flying around inside your car. That’s nothing compared to this.
A beekeeper in North Carolina named Wally Leatherwood was transporting a giant swarm of bees in three separate boxes. He had them securely fastened in the bed of his pickup truck. But when he stopped to get something to eat, he moved them inside the cab with the air conditioning running to keep them from getting too hot. When he returned to the truck, he noticed that the bees had all gotten out of their boxes and were flying all around the inside of the truck.
Rather than panic or scream like a little girl, which most people would do, he got in. He continued driving while thousands of bees buzzed all around him. At one point, he encountered some flabbergasted people in a parking lot who couldn’t believe what they were seeing and captured it on video.
Leatherwood ended up driving 40 miles with the little passengers. Amazingly, he didn’t get stung during the drive. It wasn’t until he was taking the bees out of the truck that he got stung six times. (Mashable)
