FIDO FRIDAY: ADOPT “CAROLINE”
Meet Caroline! Caroline is a 1-1/2 year-old American Bulldog who was found as a stray in rough shape. Now she’s a beautiful healthy dog who needs a home. She’s great with cats, but does not care for other dogs. She’ll need to be with a family who has a fenced in yard and has patience because she was so scared when Deb first got her. She has warmed up to people just fine, and has put on weight. She just needs love and a lifetime family.
Deb’s Dogs is a non profit 501-c-3 organization. They depend on donations and adoption fees to fund their animals’ vet care. Most of the dogs that come into their care from The Allen County Dog Warden Facility. Usually the dogs they take in from the shelter are the ones that need extra attention. The animals may have been neglected, abused or injured. Once Deb’s Dogs takes the dogs they go to the vet for a complete checkup. If they are healthy enough at this time they are vaccinated and spayed or neutered. Sometimes they have to wait awhile for this due to the condition of the animal. To contact Deb’s Dogs call 419-204-6157.
