The album was recorded over three nights at the revered venue. T.J. Osborne says they wanted to capture those special nights for posterity.
T.J. Osborne of Brothers Osborne talks about recording the album at the Ryman Auditorium. “We knew that was going to be a monumental point in our career and one of those nights we would always remember. And then we sold the first night out really fast and we added a second night and then a third night, and it became more of a really special thing for us.”
John Osborne says hearing the band live is a completely different experience for fans.

OC:…come out. “You know we just wanted people that haven’t had a chance to see us live to get a chance to hear us live. And also those that have seen us live get a chance to listen in their car when they can’t come out.”
