A stuntman is fighting for his life after a horrible accident on the set of America’s Got Talent: Extreme.
Jonathan Goodwin, who has performed daredevil stunts on AGT before, attempted an elaborate stunt which sources say went horribly wrong. According to TMZ, Goodwin was suspended 70 feet in the air upside down by his feet and in a straightjacket. At the same time, two cars were suspended and swinging in front of him. The stunt was for him to escape from the straitjacket and fall between the swinging cars and onto an air mattress.
Unfortunately, the cars swung into each other and exploded, and Goodwin was sandwiched between them. He fell to the ground and hit his head, and was unresponsive. He had to be airlifted to the hospital and was reportedly in surgery. His condition is unknown.
