The term “Florida Man” has become a popular Internet meme linked to weird news stories originating from Florida, but it 

doesn’t get more “Florida Man” than this.

22-year-old Matthew Kyle Leatham was arrested on Sunday for misuse of the 911 system after he called multiple times and asked for a ride home. When the dispatcher informed him that 911 is not a taxi or ride-sharing service, he cursed them out. He was picked up by police and given a ride to the station where he was photographed for a mugshot which features a very eye-catching tattoo — a blackened map of the state of Florida inked right in the middle of his forehead. 

In addition to the misuse of 911 charge, Leatham was also found in possession of marijuana. (The Smoking Gun)
