A Florida woman will soon be experiencing bad fortune — after going on a Chinese restaurant rampage in which she assaulted her ex-boyfriend with a steaming plate of fried rice.
Cops responded to a report of a disturbance at the China No. 1 restaurant in Vero Beach and found a fuming Brian Kusmer covered in rice and hot sauce. He said that his ex, Samantha Wilson, was supposed to drop off their eight-year-old son for a custody visit, but ended up pouring on the soy instead of turning over the boy.
Wilson, who was arguing with Kusmer over the child’s excessive school absences, admitted to flinging the food, but insisted it wasn’t assault because she “never physically touched Kusmer — she only threw the food at him.” She was was arrested for domestic battery, a misdemeanor, and booked into the county jail.
