Growing up in a one traffic light town, singer-songwriter Eric Sowers comes from a small rural town in northern Ohio. Not only in his hometown of Sycamore has he created a name for himself but has become a popular act across the region. The path to where he is now has not been easy one.
The Eric Sowers Band is composed of Eric on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, Chase Dull on electric lead guitar and background vocals, Dylan Kromer on bass and background vocals, Neal Anderson on percussion and drums and Adam Thayer on keyboards and background vocals.
Eric has won various singing contests across Ohio, and along with his band, has performed at festivals, fairs, bars and private parties. Eric and his band have shared the same stage and opened for national acts: Jon Pardi, Eric Paslay, Brothers Osborne, Josh Thompson, Josh Gracin, The Cadillac Three, Waterloo Revival, Jason Michael Carroll, Natalie Stovall and the Drive, and Blackjack Billy.
Eric and his band recently have recorded their debut album and is available on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon and more. The debut album was recorded at Castle Recording Studios in Nashville, Tennessee and produced by Gary Carter. Gary has worked with some of the top names in country music including Randy Travis and Faith Hill. Songs on the album were written by Eric and the band alongside some of the top songwriters in Ohio.
