Kellogg says you better “leggo that Eggo.” The breakfast food-maker is recalling 10,000 cases of Eggo waffles in 25 states due to possible listeria contamination.
The recall includes 10-count boxes of Kellogg’s Eggo Nutri-Grain Whole Wheat Waffles with a Best If Used By Date of November 21st, 2017. Although there have been no reported cases of illness, the company is urging people to throw out the waffles immediately. They’re also offering a refund for the discarded product. Listeria can cause serious health problems, particularly in children, pregnant women and the elderly. Visit Kellogg’s website for more recall information.
